It was a fairly nice experience. The hotel was fairly clean and had pleasant staff. The location was good and perfect, and we could reach Kidland Playground by walking. What's more, it was just next door to the malls, as well as the famous Kimberly Street, Love Lane and tourist areas and many eateries, shopping and places of interest.

The room was a nice size and included a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The location was strategic and comfy, in the Georgetown district and near a bus stop. And walking distance to bars and cafés, it was a bonus.

During my recent stay at a hotel close to Komtar bus station, I was impressed with the location for its easy access to numerous shops, restaurants and tourist attractions all within walking distance. The room was spacious with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had strong water pressure in the shower as well as sufficient amenities. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout my stay and the delicious breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. the rooftop bar had breathtaking views of the surrounding city skyline.
The limited parking area which caused minor delays during peak times.
